Kate Middleton Shares Sweet Moment with Princess Charlotte During Sunny Wimbledon Finale

Kate Middleton and Prince William made a charming appearance on the final day of Wimbledon, joined by their two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, while Prince Louis remained at home.

With temperatures soaring to 81 degrees Fahrenheit at the start of the match, the family took their seats in the prestigious Royal Box at Centre Court. The warm weather prompted a rare candid moment—Princess Charlotte was seen fanning her mother in an affectionate gesture, a scene that quickly captured hearts.

As highlighted by People Magazine, royal photographer Karwai Tang described the moment as “lovely.” He told the outlet, “It was a lovely interaction.” The exchange showed Kate smiling before gently asking Charlotte to stop, underscoring their close mother-daughter bond.

Prepared for the heat, Kate Middleton arrived equipped with sunglasses and a sun hat—an accessory rarely seen in the Royal Box, where hats are generally discouraged to avoid blocking the view of spectators. However, such protocol is known to be relaxed during particularly hot days.

This isn’t the first Wimbledon outing for George and Charlotte, both of whom have joined their parents at the prestigious tournament in past years. However, Prince Louis, the youngest of the three, has yet to make his official debut at the event.
